A road-tested songwriter with a global following, David Starr has spent decades building a powerful Blues/Americana catalog through constant touring and fearless songwriting. With more than eleven albums to his name, Starr has shared stages with John Oates, Jim Messina, America, and Karla Bonoff, earned showcase slots at Folk Alliance International and AmericanaFest, and regularly tops the Colorado Music Chart while ranking among Airplay Direct’s most-downloaded artists. Recent releases include his new blues album A Hole in the Page, the raw acoustic collaboration Starr & Stucky, and the John Oates–produced Beauty & Ruin. Based in Cedaredge, Colorado, Starr is also the founder of Starr’s Guitars, a Breedlove Guitars signature artist, and a driving force in the Western Slope music scene — all while touring over 70 shows a year across the U.S. and the UK.
